Well don't be! There's no better way to start in this industry. The showing partner serves as a "nurse" while working with the buyer's agent (doctor). They assist largely in building client relationships; building rapport, showing homes, encouraging and assisting clients, and helping the buyer agent with the details on his / her plate.
This is the perfect opportunity to get started in a career in real estate. As a showing partner, you will learn all of the ropes, have a mentor with you every step of the way, and you will be able to generate an income while you learn! If you like meeting lots of new people, supporting them, being out of the office and never sitting in one place for too long, this is a perfect opportunity for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist buyers and buyer agents with showing homes - all while analyzing the needs and wants of the client and interpreting today's real estate market.
Learn all the aspects of real estate and how to take great care of clients on a regular basis. Generate business from your own efforts - including working your sphere of influence, open houses and engaging with local communities. Your main job is to grow the relationships between your team and your clients. This is a role revolving 100% around service!

MENTOR AGENTS
If you're a new agent, navigating your first couple deals can be intimidating. Work with a mentor agent to close your first 3-4 deals and ensure you learn the entire process while serving your clients at the highest level.
