We’re growing our team and looking for a driven inside sales representative ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. If you’re looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today!
Prospect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leads.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers.
Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current.
Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved.
This is a full-time contract position with a 1 year minimum. Compensation structured as base pay plus commission & bonus incentives at completion of each year.
The position will be a combination of in-office & remote work. The schedule will be Monday-Friday with some weekend availability. Must be on call to manage client relationships 7 days per week within reasonable hours. Better responsiveness will equal better sales conversion rates which will equal higher compensation.
Must possess exceptional phone skills and be unafraid to talk to anyone (we'll teach you the things to say and the questions to ask).
Must be extremely detail oriented and dedicated to systems.
Must be willing to have accountability conversations on a regular basis.
Must be hyper-focused on meeting and exceeding goals through conversations with potential clients. Must have a desire for a big life.

We're interested in someone who loves making connections and doesn't want the audacious night/weekend schedule that pulls you out of your home. A great ISA has thicker skin - a superb eye for detail - and is passionate to make an impact on their world. QUALIFICATIONS
All-in-one online training course with all the team's systems, processes, buyer & seller presentations, best practices & sample real estate contracts.
9 weeks of training on scripts, negotiation, contracts, communications, lead generation, personal peak performance & more.
Access to team's online resources including forms, documents, packets, directory, templates, directory of scripts, and vendors..
If you're a new agent, navigating your first couple deals can be intimidating. Work with a mentor agent to close your first 3-4 deals and ensure you learn the entire process while serving your clients at the highest level.
